Here are the musicians who will provide entertainment at the 72nd Pula Film Festival

Every evening during the 72nd Pula Film Festival, an exciting music programme will take place at the courtyard of the Home of Croatian Veterans (Festival Centre), and the audience can expect performances of powerful representatives of the younger generation, such as Miach and IDEM, art-pop innovator Konstrakta, mysterious duo Nipplepeople, and Darko Rundek in an intimate version with his Eko kvartet. The Festival will open and close with DJ parties by Stanko Bondža and Mario Kovač. Entrance to all concerts is free.
DJ Stanko Bondža • Thursday, 10 July • 11 p.m. • Festival Centre
Stanko Bondža is a Zagreb-based DJ from Novi Sad known for his original mixes of various music styles – pop, rock, disco, hip-hop, funk, and soul. He used to be a music editor and host, including at Soundset and Laganini, and since the late 2000 has performed as a DJ in a number of clubs – from Zagreb’s Aquarius, Katran, and Saloon, to Split’s Central and Fabrique, as well as at events such as InMusic Festival and Weekend Media Festival.
Konstrakta and Zemlja gruva • Friday, 11 July • 11 p.m. • Festival Centre
Known for her engaged lyrics filled with irony and humour, and her unique aesthetics, Serbian singer-songwriter Ana Đurić Konstrakta is one of the most intriguing musicians in the region. She captured worldwide attention with her performance of the song in Corpore Sano at Eurovision in 2022, and has recently released four new singles on the EP Skup slova. She will perform in Pula with her band Zemlja gruva.
Nipplepeople • Saturday, 12 July • 11 p.m. • Festival Centre
With enigmatic performances in their trademark masks, the electro-pop duo Nipplepeople gained popularity with their atmospheric, retro-futuristic, dance hits Sutra and their cover of Frka by Zdenka Kovačiček. They performed at renowned festivals such as EXIT, Sea Star, and Terraneo, and opened for world-famous artists Faithless, Stereo MCs, and Hurts. Their new single Znak was released at the beginning of this year and was their first performance at Croatia’s Eurovision pre-selection Dora.
Miach • Sunday, 13 July • 11 p.m. • Festival Centre
Miach is one of the most well-known names of the new generation and quickly captivated audiences and critics with her mix of R&B, pop and trap ever since her first single 23 32, released in 2021. Following her debut album Insomnia (2023), she released her EP F4ZE this year, which includes her hit Led (feat. Grše), and presented it at her biggest solo concert at the sold-out Boćarski dom in Zagreb. She solidified her status of a hitmaker with her recent single Anđeo (feat. Hiljson Mandela), the title track of the teen TV series Shame, which reached the top of HR Top 40 and Billboard Croatia Songs.
IDEM • Monday, 14 July • 11 p.m. • Festival Centre
IDEM is a multi-award winning solo project by Antun Aleksa – trombone player of Porto Morto and JeboTon Ansambl, and singer and guitar player of the band Trophy Jump. His debut album POYY (2023), which he describes as bedroom indie DIY post pop punk, includes singles Žujića, ŠtetaŠtetaŠteta, and Nikad ne ne idem van, and has secured him the Porin Award for Best New Performer. IDEM received three Rock&Off Awards for his second album CIAO (2024).
Rundek Eko kvartet • Tuesday, 15 July • 11 p.m. • Festival Centre
Founded in 2022, Rundek Eko Kvartet is a new chapter in Darko Rundek’s rich career, presenting his music in a more intimate, bare, acoustic arrangement. The quartet, made up of Darko Rundek, Ana Kovačić, Igor Pavlica, and Silvio Bočić, reinterprets songs from different phases of Rundek’s work – including Haustor, Cargo Orkestar, and solo work – with an emphasis on rich instrumental layers, emotions, and connection to the audience.
DJ Mario Kovač • Wednesday, 16 July • 11 p.m. • Festival Centre
Versatile artist and performer at his DJ stand, Mario Kovač is known for his energetic and eclectic sets that bring together everything from rock and punk to disco and trash evergreen. He is a regular guest at Pula Film Festival and this year he will perform at the closing party, where, along with trusted classics and catchy hits, he will also be playing a lot of songs from well-known films and series.
