Synopsis
Two blustery 50-somethings have an obsession: going for their last drink. One night, they run into Giulio, a shy architecture student, whose way of seeing the world and love will be transformed as the trio wander from bar to bar of Veneto.

About the director
Francesco Sossai (Feltre, 1989) is an Italian director and screenwriter. After studying English and German literature at La Sapienza, he trained in directing at the Deutsche Film- und Fernsehakademie Berlin. His feature film debut, Other cannibals (2021) premiered at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, winning Best First Feature. His short film The Birthday Party (2023) premiered at the Directors’ Fortnight (Quinzaine des Cinéastes), won awards at Curtas Vila Do Conde and Premiers Plans d’Angers, and was nominated for the European Film Awards and the German Short Film Award.
