DISCOUNTS FOR STUDENTS AND PENSIONERS (excluding 18 July)
Students – Students can purchase a ticket for a single evening at the Arena at a discounted price of 5.00 EUR if they show proof of being a student.
Pensioners – Pensioners can purchase a ticket for a single evening at the Arena at a discounted price 3.00 EUR if they show proof of pension.
Discounts for students and pensioners do not apply for the screening of Minions 4 (Arena, 18 July). All visitors pay the full price of 6.00 EUR per ticket.
Families with four or more children – Families with four or more children can purchase sets of tickets at the price of 15.00 EUR per person or 3.00 EUR per evening per person. The parent or guardian needs to present a document confirming the family status, which is issued by the State Administration Office of Istria County. Family tickets can be purchased at the Info Point only.
Free entry:
- Film programmes at Valli Cinema, Istrian National Theatre and Ambrela Beach
- Programmes at the Home of Croatian Veterans
- Exhibition programmes at Makina Gallery, Novo Gallery, and HUiU Gallery
Film screenings at Brijuni Islands:
- Boat tickets are available at the Brijuni Islands National Park office (Fažana) on the day of the screening from 4:00 p.m. The ticket price for the boat is 8 EUR, and admission to the screening is free.
- All international films will be screened with Croatian subtitles, and those in languages other than English will be screened with English subtitles as well. All Croatian films in the Arena will be screened with English subtitles.
Important notice:
In case of vis major (e.g. rain or violent windstorm), Festival screenings at the Arena will be cancelled or interrupted.
The audience can exchange their tickets for cancelled screenings for:
- Any other Festival screening at the Arena, except for Despicable me 4 (Thursday, 18 July), at the ticket office outside the Arena and at Giardini, until full capacity
- A screening of the cancelled or any other film from the regular programme of Valli Cinema during August and September, at the ticket office of Valli Cinema (Giardini 1), until full capacity.
All cancelled screenings of Croatian films will be free at the Istrian national theatre – City theatre Pula or Valli Cinema the day after. The schedule is available in the programme booklet HERE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pula Film Festival reserves the right to change the programme.
In the event of interruption or cancellation of the programme due to adverse weather or extraordinary circumstances, Pula Film Festival is not obliged to refund the sale of tickets and is not liable for any damages. Glass bottles, alcohol, pyrotechnics and items which may cause bodily harm are forbidden at all Festival locations.
Any kind of audio and video recording is strictly forbidden. Festival and security staff may escort persons caught using recording equipment (cameras, video cameras, mobile devices) from the premises.
In case of forecasted rain, the Organizer of the Festival will publicly announce a change of venue from the Arena to an alternative indoor venue via the website, social networks or the local media. The schedule remains unchanged if the venue change was announced before the beginning of the screening. In the event that rain interrupts a screening, the Organizer will schedule an additional screening if time permits. Entry to the screenings in the Arena is only possible with an entrance ticket or with an appropriate accreditation or pass.
All visitors must take their seats no later than 5 minutes before the start of the formal programme. Festival locations do not have numbered seats. Pets are not allowed entry. By attending a screening, you consent to be being photographed and recorded without monetary compensation.
Security checks of visitors and their belongings will be completed for their personal safety.
The films shown at the Festival may contain explicit scenes of sex or violence and it is therefore recommended that the film’s content is reviewed using the Festival programme, at our web site or via the links on social networks before purchasing tickets.
The organizer of the Festival will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
