The Pula Film Festival is governed by a Governing Council consisting of five members. The President and two members are appointed by the City Council of the City of Pula from among distinguished professionals in culture and science, as well as legal, economic, and financial experts. One member is elected by the institution’s professional staff from among their ranks, and one member is elected by all employees in accordance with the law governing labour relations. The term of office of the Governing Council members is four years.
The Governing Council of the Pula Film Festival is composed of: Drago Marić (President), Sara Rabar, Jadranka Đokić, Sanela Pliško, and Suzana Požgaj.
