Synopsis
During one summer, three people born in the 1990s in Serbia travel across the United States in a Yugo, driving from New York to Los Angeles. The film follows their journey through 23 states and over 10,000 kilometres, as they tell the story of the export of a small socialist car into the competitive Reagan-era America of the 1980s.

About the directors
Filip Grujić is a writer and dramaturg, and an assistant at the Department of Theatre Dramaturgy at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. He is the author of the novel The Tenant (2020), which was nominated for the European Prize for Literature and the NIN Award, and has been translated into Bulgarian and Macedonian. He has also published Bludni dani kuratog Džonija (2017) and And Then, All Over Again (2023), which was shortlisted for the NIN Award. His works have been translated into Macedonian, Bulgarian, and English.
Aleksa Borković is a director of photography and filmmaker. He is an alumnus of the Sarajevo Talent Campus programme (2021), camera department. He studied Digital Arts at the Faculty of Media and Communications, where he currently works as a teaching assistant. He directed the short fiction film Water Balloons, which had its world premiere at the 28th Sarajevo Film Festival.
