Pulica: Abundant Programme for the New Generation of Film Audiences

Pulica – Film Programme for Children, an abundant and interesting programme for the youngest cinephiles, will start before the official start of Pula Film Festival at Valli Cinema, bringing five films for the youngest audience

Interesting film programme Pulica as introduction to the Main Programme

This year’s edition of Pulica – Film Programme for Children, will take place at Valli Cinema from 6 to 10 July 2026, with screenings of four feature films: A Summer in Summersby (Germany), Atlas of the Universe (Romania), Sweetheart (Italy), Elvis Škorc (Slovenia); and the Danish animated film Lotte & Totte – My First Friend. All films will be screened at 10 a.m. The awards of the film competition for children and youth “Change the Story – Click for Empathy” will be presented on the last day of Pulica. The competition is organised by Pula Film Festival, Agency for Electronic Media, UNICEF Office for Croatia, and the Croatian Film Association.

The announced European films screened as part of the Pulica programme are an introduction to the abundant children’s programme of this year’s Pula Film Festival, as the Main Programme includes as many as three new Croatian children’s films, and films for children and youth will also be part of the Time Machine programme at Ambrela Beach.
